Abstract: This is a line geometry depicting the edges of pavements on streets in the East Baton Rouge Parish.
Purpose: It was primarily used to create the Street centerlines and would also serve as a reference to create GPS points.

The currentness of the Pavement Edges is based on ground conditions existing in the 1996 Aerial Photography and no additional pavement edges were digitized. This layer will be updated and maintained by the Department of Public Works in the future.

Maintenance and Update Frequency: The pavement edges were last updated using the Aerial photography of 1996, and no further maintenance was performed. It is expected to be updated during the year 2004.
